Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Nook & Nest. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship the products you order. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
How We Source Our Products
Nook & Nest curates home goods from a network of trusted suppliers and manufacturers around the world. Because of this, your items may ship directly from one of our supplier partners rather than from a single warehouse owned by Nook & Nest. This allows us to offer a wider selection at competitive prices, but it also means a few important things to keep in mind:

Multiple shipments per order. If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages, on different days, and with different tracking numbers. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

Different origin locations. Items may ship from domestic or international fulfillment centers depending on the product. The origin location for each item will be reflected in your tracking information.

Variable timelines. Each supplier has its own processing and carrier schedule, so delivery windows can vary item to item.
Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and submitted to our suppliers within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and one or more shipping confirmation emails (with tracking) once your item(s) have left the supplier's facility.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been submitted to a supplier, address changes may not be possible. See the Address Accuracy section below.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the item(s) ordered, and the shipping method selected. From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions; any such offers will be clearly disclosed at checkout and are subject to their own terms.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Because items in the same order may ship from different suppliers, you may receive multiple tracking emails for one order.
Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to populate after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking number is not showing updates after that window, contact us at the email below and we will investigate with the supplier on your behalf.
International Orders, Customs, Duties & Taxes
Nook & Nest ships to many countries outside the United States. International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws of their country.

Duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees charged by your country are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout, unless explicitly stated.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refusing a package due to customs charges does not entitle the customer to a full refund; any return shipping, restocking, or destroyed-package fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery estimate.
If you have questions about potential duties or restrictions, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/unit numbers and any required delivery instructions.

If an order is returned to the supplier as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship the order at the customer's expense or issue a refund for the product price (less any shipping costs already incurred).

We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.

Address change requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We want every order to arrive safely. If something goes wrong, we will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve it.

Marked delivered but not received: Please check with household members and neighbors, look for a carrier notice, and wait 2 business days—packages are sometimes scanned as delivered before the final drop-off. If it still has not arrived, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.

Lost in transit: If tracking has not updated for 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international), contact us. We will work with the supplier and carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged on arrival: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the supplier's return policy.

Stolen packages (porch theft): Once a package is marked delivered to the correct address, the carrier considers delivery complete. We will assist where possible, but stolen packages are ultimately a matter for the carrier and/or local authorities. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipment to all locations due to size, weight, customs restrictions, or supplier limitations. If we are unable to fulfill your order to your destination, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We currently do not ship to: P.O. boxes (for certain oversized items), APO/FPO addresses (for certain items), or countries currently subject to U.S. trade restrictions.
Delays Outside Our Control
Nook & Nest is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, customs holds, severe weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, public health events, or government actions. We will, however, do our best to communicate with you and the supplier to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, the order may have already been submitted to the supplier and cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
